The Alcovy Tigers baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Southwest DeKalb Panthers to 5 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Athens Academy (Athens, GA). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Athens Academy edged Clarke Central (Athens, GA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
