In Tuesday's non-league match, the host East Panthers basketball team scored a decisive 89-41 triumph over the Cassadaga Valley Cougars.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Global Concepts Gators (Lackawanna, NY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 23. East will attempt to better on its 6-14 season record. The Gators enter the match with a 9-11 record after their 65-48 non-league loss to Northstar Christian Academy (Rochester, NY).
