Michigan High School Basketball - Franklin ripped by Canton
February 21, 2023: Livonia, MI 48150 The Canton Chiefs basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Franklin Patriots to 30 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chiefs now sport a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plymouth for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 1. Canton will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 52-11 non-league win over Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-16.
The Patriots (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Thurston (Redford, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Thurston was routed by Fordson (Dearborn, MI), 55-15, in a non-league contest.
