February 21, 2023: Waxhaw, NC 28173 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) and the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), saw Marvin Ridge's basketball squad wallop Southwest Guilford by a count of 61-36.
With the victory, Marvin Ridge upgrades its record to 23-4 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 22-6. Charlotte Catholic won 63-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC)
