February 21, 2023: Cocoa, FL 32926 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Satellite Scorpions (Satellite Beach, FL) and the host Cocoa Tigers (Cocoa, FL), saw Satellite's softball squad nip Cocoa by a count of 10-6.
The Scorpions now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Melbourne for a non-league match on Friday, February 24. Satellite will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Cocoa falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL) to face the Minutemen in a match on Wednesday, February 22. The Minutemen enter the match with a record of 1-0. Cocoa Beach won 23-10 in their recent non-league match against Titusville (Titusville, FL)
