Brazoswood Buccaneers (Clute, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Buccaneers now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Fe for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23. Brazoswood will face a Indians squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Warren (San Antonio, TX). The Indians record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Angleton falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Clear Springs (League City, TX) to face the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23.
