Kentucky High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent overwhelmed by Williamsburg
February 21, 2024: Williamsburg, KY 40769 The Williamsburg Yellowjackets basketball team scored 85 points and restricted the visiting Varsity Opponent to 44 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 17-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corbin for a District 50 contest on Tuesday, February 27.
The (448-1589) will now prepare for their contest against Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC). The Defenders come into the Greater Piedmont contest with a 16-19 record. In their last contest, Central Carolina Prep triumphed over Varsity Opponent (, ), 95-88, in a non-league contest.
