The Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) lacrosse triumphed over the host Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA), 12-5 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Hilton Head Island upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Seahawks host Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to battle the Iron Horses in a non-league outing on Saturday, February 24. The Iron Horses go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Philip Simmons won 18-1 in their recent non-league outing against James Island (Charleston, SC)

With the defeat, Effingham County drops to 0-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA) to battle the Saints in a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 27. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
