Texas High School Baseball - Grand Oaks edges Clear Creek
February 21, 2025: Spring, TX 77386 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Grand Oaks Grizzlies (Spring, TX) and the visiting Clear Creek Wildcats (League City, TX), saw Grand Oaks's baseball team gain a win over Clear Creek by a tally of 8-5.
The Grizzlies (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX). The Highlanders enter the 6A Region II District 13 battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, The Woodlands held off Klein Oak (Spring, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wildcats face the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, February 25. Clear Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Stingarees enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX).
