Indiana High School Basketball - Wheeler nudges Knox

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wheeler Bearcats (Valparaiso, IN) and the visiting Knox Redskins (Knox, IN), observed Wheeler's basketball team edge Knox by a score of 52-48.

The Bearcats (11-10) will now prepare for their challenge against North Newton (Morocco, IN). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-17 record. In their last challenge, North Newton was tipped by South Newton (Kentland, IN), 59-48, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Redskins encounter the South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 22. Knox will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Satellites come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 65-42 non-league win over Argos (Argos, IN).
