Georgia High School Soccer - Jefferson knocks off Lakeside
February 21, 2025: Evans, GA 30809 The Jefferson Dragons soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Lakeside Panthers to 0 in the Dragons non-league victory on Friday.
The Dragons now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Norcross for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 25. Jefferson will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Lakeside moves to 1-1 on the year. The Panthers host Greenbrier (Evans, GA) to play the Wolfpack in a 5A Region 1 bout on Friday, February 28. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a record of 3-1.
