In Saturday's non-league match, the host Windthorst Trojans softball team scored a nice 15-2 victory over the Lindsay Knights.

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Hawley (Hawley, TX). The Bearcats go into the non-league match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Hawley gained a win over Brownwood (Brownwood, TX), 4-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Community Braves (Nevada, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 26. Lindsay will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
