The Simi Valley Pioneers crushed the host Saugus Centurions baseball team by a count of 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Pioneers now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Royal for a Coastal Canyon bout on Thursday, February 24. Simi Valley will face a Highlanders team coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Muir (Pasadena, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 5-0.

Next, the Centurions face the Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 23. Saugus will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Sea Kings enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over El Segundo (El Segundo, CA).
