California High School Volleyball - Burroughs tips La Canada
February 22, 2022: Burbank, CA 91506 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA) and the visiting La Canada Spartans (La Canada, CA), saw Burroughs's volleyball squad nip La Canada by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Burroughs upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bears travel to South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 24. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. South Pasadena won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against La Mirada (La Mirada, CA)
The Spartans now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame (SO) for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 23. La Canada will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
