February 22, 2022: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The Walnut Grove Warriors soccer team scored 10 points and limited the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Warriors face the Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA) in a AAAAA Region 8 contest, on Friday, February 25. Walnut Grove will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA).
The Jaguars now have a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a AAAA Region 8 contest on Friday, March 4.
