Texas High School Softball - Boerne nudges Lake Travis
February 22, 2022: Boerne, TX 78006 Boerne Greyhounds (Boerne, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Greyhounds now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leander for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 24. Boerne will battle a Lions squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Lake Travis falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Rouse (Leander, TX) to battle the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 25. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 5-3.
