The Imperial Tigers basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Kearny Komets to 66 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Pasqual for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Imperial will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 65-51 non-league win over El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 17-13.
