Texas High School Softball - Abernathy loses to Estacado
February 22, 2024: Abernathy, TX 79311 The Estacado Matadors softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Abernathy Antelopes to 1 in the Matadors non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Estacado moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Matadors travel to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, February 23. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 1-1. Littlefield lost 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Levelland (Levelland, TX)
In their next game, the Antelopes clash with the Liberty Patriots (Lubbock, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 game, on Tuesday, March 5. Abernathy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
