Texas High School Softball - Summer Creek nudges College Park
February 22, 2024: The Woodlands, TX 77384 Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host College Park Cavaliers (The Woodlands, TX), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tomball for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 22. Summer Creek will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Klein (Klein, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, College Park falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Coppell (Coppell, TX) to battle the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Cowboys enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Coppell lost 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX)
