Texas High School Softball - Holland bounces Hillsboro
February 22, 2024: Hillsboro, TX 76645 The Holland Hornets routed the host Hillsboro Eagles softball squad by a final score of 10-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Hornets (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Shoemaker (Killeen, TX). The Wolves go into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Shoemaker held off Chaparral (Killeen, TX), 18-0, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Hillsboro falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Rockdale (Rockdale, TX) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Rockdale lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mumford (Mumford, TX)
