Georgia High School Baseball - Mt. Zion loses to Armuchee
February 22, 2025: Mt. Zion, GA 30117 Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Mt. Zion Eagles (Mt. Zion, GA), 10-7 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Armuchee advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Temple (Temple, GA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 1-2. Temple lost 21-0 in their recent non-league match against Bowdon (Bowdon, GA)
The Eagles now have a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host KIPP Atlanta Collegiate for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 25. Mt. Zion will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to Creekside (Fairburn, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
