Louisiana High School Baseball - South Beauregard loses to Denham Springs
February 22, 2025: Denham Springs, LA 70726 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Denham Springs Yellowjackets (Denham Springs, LA) baseball team routed the visiting South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA), by a margin of 10-0.
The Yellowjackets now hold a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to French Settlement for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. Denham Springs will play a Lions team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Springfield (Springfield, LA). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
With the defeat, South Beauregard drops to 2-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, February 22. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-4. Central Catholic lost 9-3 in their recent non-league test against Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA)
