Illinois High School Basketball - Tournament Opponent can't hold off Lake Forest Academy
February 22, 2025: Lake Forest, IL 60045 Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Tournament Opponent (, ), 48-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Lake Forest Academy advances its record to 24-6 on the year.
The now own a 79-214 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wichita HomeSchool for a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. Tournament Opponent will face a Warriors squad coming off a 60-47 non-league loss to Southern Missouri RUSH (Springfield, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 21-8.
