In Saturday's non-league contest, the host McDonough Warhawks basketball team scored a good 78-70 win over the Southwest DeKalb Panthers.

The Warhawks (24-5) will now prepare for their contest against Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 20-5 record. In their last contest, Westminster defeated Midtown (Atlanta, GA), 65-52, in a non-league contest.
