Wisconsin High School Basketball - Menomonie triumphant over St. Croix Central
February 22, 2025: Hammond, WI 54015 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI) and the host St. Croix Central Panthers (Hammond, WI), observed Menomonie's basketball team overwhelm St. Croix Central by a score of 72-38.
The Mustangs (13-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Onalaska (Onalaska, WI). The Hilltoppers come into the non-league challenge with a 16-6 record. In their last challenge, Onalaska trounced La Crosse Central (La Crosse, WI), 47-43, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks (Baldwin, WI) in a Middle Border challenge, on Thursday, February 27. St. Croix Central will attempt to improve on its 8-14 season record.
