February 22, 2025: La Mirada, CA 90638 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Westminster Lions (Westminster, CA) and the host La Mirada Matadores (La Mirada, CA), observed Westminster's volleyball team top La Mirada by a tally of 2-0.
The Lions (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Matadors enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Bolsa Grande beat Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Matadores clash with the San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 22. La Mirada will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Stallions come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over St. Francis (La Canada, CA).
