February 22, 2025: Muncie, IN 47302 The Elwood Panthers basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Cowan Blackhawks to 33 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Wes-Del for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Elwood will confront a Warriors team coming off a 45-26 non-league win over Southern Wells (Poneto, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 13-5.
With the loss, Cowan falls to 2-16 on the campaign. The Blackhawks host Southern Wells (Poneto, IN) to confront the Raiders in a non-league game on Friday, February 28.
