In Saturday's non-league test, the Alexandria Trojans (Alexandria, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Vermilion Patriots (Maurice, LA), by a count of 9-3.

Next, the Trojans meet the Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 24. Alexandria will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 5-0 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA).

The Patriots (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record.
