The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Andrews Mustangs (Andrews, TX) and the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), observed Andrews's softball team prevail over Parkland by a tally of 11-3.

The Mustangs (10-2) will now prepare for their bout against Sinton (Sinton, TX). The Pirates go into the non-league bout with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, Sinton knocked off Jourdanton (Jourdanton, TX), 16-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Matadors battle the Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 25. Parkland will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Tascosa (Amarillo, TX).
