Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI), 34-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Romeo upgrades its record to 5-14 on the campaign.

Next up, the Patriots play the Warren Woods-Tower Titans (Warren, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 2. Cousino will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 6-14 record after their 35-19 non-league win over Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI).
