February 23, 2023: Springville, NY 14141 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lewis J. Bennett Tigers (Buffalo, NY) and the host Griffith Institute Griffins (Springville, NY), saw Lewis J. Bennett's basketball squad hold off Griffith Institute by a tally of 61-54.
With the victory, Lewis J. Bennett improves its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Olmsted (Buffalo, NY) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 25. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 12-8. Olmsted won 53-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Maple Grove (Bemus Point, NY)
