California High School Volleyball - Fountain Valley over Gahr
February 23, 2023: Fountain Valley, CA 92708 Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) fans went home thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA), 3-0 in a non-league game.
The Barons now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tustin for a non-league game on Saturday, February 25. Fountain Valley will meet a Tillers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA). The Tillers record now stands at 3-4.
The Gladiators (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers enter the non-league game with a 0-9 record. In their last game, Montebello dropped by Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
