Michigan High School Basketball - Inter-City Baptist overwhelms Annapolis
February 23, 2023: Allen Park, MI 48101 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI) and the visiting Annapolis Cougars (Dearborn Heights, MI), saw Inter-City Baptist's basketball squad wallop Annapolis by a tally of 63-36.
With the victory, Inter-City Baptist improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Chargers host Huron Valley Lutheran (Westland, MI) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 1. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 13-9. Huron Valley Lutheran lost 46-25 in their recent league challenge against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Henry Ford Academy Navigators (Dearborn, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 27. Annapolis will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Navigators come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 46-8 non-league loss to Mt. Clemens (Mt. Clemens, MI).
