The Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) basketball felled the host Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 62-52 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Huskies (19-8) will now prepare for their test against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 27-0 record. In their last test, West Rowan thwarted North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 89-38, in a non-league test.
