The Winter Springs Bears lacrosse squad (Winter Springs, FL), was overwhelmed 15-6 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Seminole Seminoles (Sanford, FL)

Coming up next, the Seminoles meet the Melbourne Bulldogs (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 24. Seminole will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 19-3 non-league win over Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL).

The Bears now sport a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Prep for a non-league challenge on Monday, February 27. Winter Springs will meet a Saints squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Lake Minneola (Minneola, FL). The Saints record now stands at 2-1.
