Michigan High School Basketball - Bishop Foley can't hold off Oakland Christian
February 23, 2024: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 The Oakland Christian Lancers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Bishop Foley Ventures to 50 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lancers now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tournament Team for a non-league contest on Monday, February 26. Oakland Christian will battle a team coming off a 85-81 non-league loss to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The record now stands at 4-22.
The Ventures (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 3-20 record. In their last contest, Clawson was nudged by Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 54-37, in a non-league contest.
