Michigan High School Basketball - Ida knocked off by Monroe
February 23, 2024: Monroe, MI 48161 The Monroe Trojans basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Ida Bluestreaks to 38 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trenton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 28. Monroe will meet a Trojans team coming off a 64-38 league loss to Lincoln Park (Lincoln Park, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 10-11.
The Bluestreaks (14-8) will now prepare for their contest against Tournament Team (, ). The enter the non-league contest with a 6-23 record. In their last contest, Tournament Team ran past Northside Lions (Indianapolis, IN), 68-61, in a non-league contest.
