Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV) and the host Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), saw Nicholas County's basketball squad wallop Meadow Bridge by a tally of 88-51.

With the victory, Nicholas County improves its record to 8-14 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Lewis County (Weston, WV) to confront the Minutemen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 27. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a record of 13-9.
