Texas High School Softball - Port Aransas bounces Boling
February 23, 2024: Boling, TX 77420 Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Marlins now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hitchcock for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 24. Port Aransas will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Yorktown (Yorktown, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Boling falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host East Bernard (East Bernard, TX) to battle the Brahmas in a 3A Region III District 24 challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Brahmas enter the challenge with a record of 7-3.
