February 24, 2022: Coronado, CA 92118 Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Islanders clash with the Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 1. Coronado will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA).
With the loss, Olympian drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sweetwater (National City, CA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 1. The Red Devils come into the match with a record of 0-0.
