February 24, 2022: Anaheim, CA 92804 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Pacifica Christian/Orange County Tritons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Western Pioneers.
The Tritons (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cornerstone Christian (Wildomar, CA). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Pioneers clash with the Katella Knights (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 1. Western will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Orange (Orange, CA).

Today was our season opener against Western High School! It was such a joy to see our young men out there playing ball again. This is a promising group of athletes that is going to go out and surprise some teams this year.
MVP of the Match: Knox Vail
Senior Outside/Opposite Knox Vail promises to have many highlight reels matches this season and today was no exception. Knox only played for part of the game but still had enough time to rack up 10 kills, hitting a .750% ... along with three aces and an impressive 2.38 passing percentage.
