Michigan High School Basketball - Galesburg-Augusta nips Lawton
February 24, 2022: Galesburg, MI 49053 Galesburg-Augusta Rams (Galesburg, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lawton Blue Devils (Lawton, MI), 40-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Galesburg-Augusta upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Rams travel to Kellogg (Delton, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-15. Kellogg won 41-20 in their recent non-league bout against Fennville (Fennville, MI)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Hartford Indians (Hartford, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 2. Lawton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 17-3 record after their 53-26 league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, MI).
