Georgia High School Lacrosse - Newnan drops to Trinity Christian
February 24, 2022: Sharpsburg, GA 30277 Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA), 20-13 in a non-league battle.
The Lions now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodward Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 26. Trinity Christian will clash with a War Eagles squad coming off a 10-9 non-league win over Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 1. Newnan will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 21-11 non-league loss to McEachern (Powder Springs, GA).
