The De La Salle Spartans triumphed over the host Novato Hornets lacrosse team by a score of 17-4 in Friday's non-league match.

With the win, De La Salle upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans host Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 1-0. Vista del Lago won 14-2 in their recent non-league match against San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA)

With the defeat, Novato drops to 0-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Campolindo (Moraga, CA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28.
