The Caddo Magnet Mustangs routed the visiting Bossier Bearkats softball squad by a count of 20-1 in Friday's league battle.

The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Parkway was routed by Avoyelles Charter (Mansura, LA), 5-2, in a non-league battle.

The Bearkats now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood for a 4A District 1 battle on Tuesday, February 28. Bossier will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Ebarb (Noble, LA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-0.
