The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the visiting Huntington Beach Oilers (Huntington Beach, CA), saw Mira Costa's volleyball squad nip Huntington Beach by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Mira Costa upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA) to play the Griffins in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 28. The Griffins go into the bout with a record of 7-4.
