Texas High School Softball - Taft bounces Keystone
February 24, 2024: Taft, TX 78390 The Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX) softball routed the visiting Keystone Cobras (San Antonio, TX), 17-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Greyhounds (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Banquete (Banquete, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Banquete was routed by Ingleside (Ingleside, TX), 1-0, in a non-league bout.
The Cobras now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hill Country Christian for a TAPPS Division IV District 4 contest on Tuesday, April 2. Keystone will play a Rams team coming off a 12-4 league win over Valor South Austin (Austin, TX). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
