The Montgomery Cougars basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Holy Cross Lancers to 45 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now possess a 20-4 record. They play next when they travel to Monroe Township for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27. Montgomery will play a Falcons team coming off a 58-50 league loss to Piscataway (Piscataway, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 4-16.

With the loss, Holy Cross falls to 19-7 on the campaign.
