February 24, 2025: Montclair, NJ 07042 The Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ) basketball edged the visiting Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ), 44-40 in Monday's league bout.
The Mounties now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 27. Montclair will play a Knights team coming off a 52-40 non-league win over Snyder (Jersey City, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 21-6.
With the loss, Livingston falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ) to play the Bengals in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 27. The Bengals go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Bloomfield lost 45-24 in their recent non-league bout against Randolph (Randolph, NJ)
