Michigan High School Basketball - Carman-Ainsworth crushes Mt. Pleasant
February 25, 2022: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers (Flint, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 59-24 in a league bout.
With the win, Carman-Ainsworth upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 2. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Swartz Creek won 55-16 in their recent league bout against Holly (Holly, MI)
Next up, the Oilers clash with the Dow Chargers (Midland, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 2. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 19-1 record after their 71-37 non-league win over Meridian (Sanford, MI).
